Features: Both front and reverse lettering are very strong and generally even, with mostly triangular edges. On front, L logo is weaker with rounded edges; lower half of B is wider and narrower than upper. On reverse, NO.1 is slightly off center to the left. Mold number is often weak. Remnants of NEGM lettering are visible on front and PAT JUNE 17 1890 on reverse (see CD 251, Mold 6).
