CD 164 - Mold 5.1

Features: Retooled CD 164, Mold 5; lettering is strengthened, now mostly strong with triangular edges (except NO. 38, which was not retooled). Both front and reverse blot-outs are barely discernible on most pieces. On reverse, MADE IN is still weak; the mold number is enlarged and strengthened; there is no period after NO and no dash after 38 (see below); the 8 is elongated vertically. The flattened areas around the skirt mold lines are not as pronounced. A larger mold number is added over the old number.

Mold Number Location: On reverse centered below NO.
