Features: Lettering is usually strong and even with triangular edges. However, on some pieces the lettering is less distinct and appears to have rounded edges. On reverse, faint remnants of BROOKFIELD are visible between the two rows of lettering, especially LD above U.S. Mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed, with the left 1 slightly higher than the right (see below).
