CD 145 - Type II, Mold 9

Features: Lettering is generally bold with triangular edges. On front, letters of LYNCHBURG are slightly uneven. On reverse 43 is much shallower with rounded edges; both a dot and a dash follow NO (NO.-43); bottom of S is larger than top (see below). There is a circular blot-out above O of NO. There is a Brookfield shop marking XO on top of the crown. The mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed.

Mold Number Location: On the reverse to the right and slightly below IN.
