CD 145 - Type II, Mold 8

Features: Lettering is generally bold and even with triangular edges. On some pieces the lettering is shallow and indistinct. On reverse, 43 is smaller and much shallower with rounded edges; both a dot and a dash follow NO. There is a circular blot-out above O of NO. There is a Brookfield shop marking XO on top of the crown (see below). The mold number is die stamped and slightly recessed.

Mold Number Location: On the reverse to the right and slightly below IN.
