Features: Retooling of CD 106 II, Mold L7. The bottom of the skirt has been machined beginning about 17mm from the base to strengthen the skirt. This is heavier on the right side of the front and the left side of the reverse, leaving a pronounced line that can be seen and felt in those areas (see front photo above). On front, the result is the total loss of LYNCHBURG. On reverse, M is partially removed, A is weakened, while DE IN appears unchanged. Most of U.S.A. is removed with only a shallow outline of A visible; on some pieces the very tip of S can barely be seen (see below). Machining gives a slight outward flare to the bottom of skirt.
