CD 106 - Type II, Mold G7.1
Features: Retooling of CD 106 II, Mold G7 to strengthen lettering, now strong with triangular edges. On front, a die stamped mold number is added to the right of L logo. On reverse, the old Gayner mold number is visible above and to the left of D. On reverse, U.S.A. is enlarged and new periods added; one of the old periods is still visible just after A. Lower curve of S is larger.
Mold Number Location: Original mold number on reverse between A and D is mostly obliterated by retooling; it is rarely discernable. New mold number is on front to the right of L logo.
